INTEC inc. announced the launch of a business feasibility study for a customer service solution utilizing the world’s first AI-powered “interactive holographic communication platform” provided by PROTO Inc. The first client PoC has launched at the Yamanobe Branch of The Yamagata Bank, Ltd. The project involves the installation of PROTO Inc.’s tabletop device, “M,” to provide customer service through AI avatar bank employees utilizing hologram technology. In collaboration with Yamagata Bank, which aims to enhance its customer service, Intec will conduct a feasibility study to assess the potential for delivering new value to the bank and its customers through the use of hologram technology.
