Sports Business Journal lead tech reporter Rob Schaefer wrote about Cici Belli’s Cartan Capital joining Proto’s current found. “[The investment] reassures us that we are on the right track, because [Bellis has] incredible vision,” Proto founder and CEO David Nussbaum told SBJ. “If we’re her first investment, that speaks volumes to me. It re-energizes me, it motivates me, to have somebody place that amount of trust and faith in Proto. We really want to invest back into the world of professional sports and entertainment as a means of education and communication and connecting people.”
